QuirkBot is Quirk Auto Group’s first-party web crawler. We use it to keep vehicle pricing, manufacturer rebates, and inventory accurate across our own dealership websites, and to run technical SEO and accessibility audits on those same sites. QuirkBot only accesses web properties owned and operated by Quirk Auto Group.

How to identify QuirkBot

You can identify QuirkBot in your server or firewall logs by its User-Agent string:

What QuirkBot does

  • Crawls only websites owned and operated by Quirk Auto Group.
  • Respects robots.txt directives.

  • Originates from Quirk Auto Group’s authorized infrastructure and approved data services.
