Supporting the next generation of Maine talent — Quirk Auto Group and Quirk Ford of Augusta proudly sponsored this year’s Central Maine Teen Idol Finals, awarding a $5,000 savings bond to the 2024 winner, Sadie Daniels of Morse High School in Bath. 🎤✨

Quirk Auto Group continues to invest in Maine’s youth through programs that inspire creativity, confidence, and community. On October 5th, the Central Maine Teen Idol Finals took center stage at the Quarry Tap Room in Hallowell, hosted by local promoter Chris Vallee. The evening was filled with energy and talent as high school students from across Maine showcased their vocal abilities and passion for music in front of a live audience.

Building on the tremendous success of the long-running Central Maine Idol competition for adults, this year marked the launch of a new chapter — the inaugural Central Maine Teen Idol. Designed to give younger performers a platform of their own, the event encourages students to explore their musical talents, gain performance experience, and develop valuable life skills such as confidence, perseverance, and teamwork. It’s more than a singing competition — it’s a celebration of growth and creative expression.

Quirk Auto Group and Quirk Ford of Augusta were proud to sponsor the inaugural competition, contributing a $5,000 savings bond to this year’s winner, Sadie Daniels of Morse High School in Bath. Sadie’s heartfelt performances and stage presence impressed the judges and audience alike, earning her the title of Central Maine’s very first Teen Idol.

Events like Central Maine Teen Idol empower young Mainers to dream big, take the stage, and connect through the universal language of music. They remind us that when we invest in our youth, we invest in the future of our communities. Quirk Auto Group is honored to support opportunities that help young people discover their potential and share their talents with the world.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Chris Vallee and the Quarry Tap Room for their vision in bringing this new event to life, and to the families, teachers, and supporters who encouraged these young performers every step of the way. Congratulations to Sadie Daniels and all of this year’s contestants — your courage, creativity, and dedication make Maine proud.
